Madeleine Houbart

Madeleine Houbart oversees the administrative and financial management of AFEX, ensuring its smooth operation and growth. She represents the organization to public authorities and export assistance bodies and coordinates working group meetings.

In her role, Madeleine manages relations with French institutional partners and fosters partnerships with French Embassies and economic and cultural services. She also connects with international economic and institutional partners to expand the association’s global network.

As the head of network activities, Madeleine animates the AFEX network, acting as the bureau for exports for French architects. She is responsible for organizing the AFEX Grand Prix awards and exhibitions worldwide, including in Paris and Venice, and for designing and leading conferences and meetings in France and internationally.
