Lucas Toffoli is a Principal in RMI's Buildings practice where he leads efforts on multifamily housing and construction innovation, including the Advanced Building Construction Collaborative. He has deep experience in buildings and consulting.

Lucas' prior work spans sustainability and construction management at a vertically integrated real estate firm, commercial development management, strategy consulting in healthcare and the life sciences, architecture, and building operations.

Lucas holds an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering – Sustainable Design and Construction from Stanford University and an AB in History of Art and Architecture from Harvard College. He has worked on three continents and in four languages.
