Jacob Peters serves as the Executive Director for the Bayou District Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. For over a decade, Mr. Peters has executed the Foundation’s revitalization initiatives in New Orleans.

Mr. Peters' efforts are centred on implementing an internationally acclaimed community redevelopment model designed to break the cycle of poverty. The innovative approach fosters opportunity for families to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

The development, Columbia Parc at the Bayou District, spanning 18 city blocks incorporates 685 units of mixed-income housing, three schools with over 2,100 students, a health clinic, a rebuilt championship golf course, and a grocery retail complex.
