Holley is Chief Sustainability Officer at Aeon Strategy, an interdisciplinary sustainable development firm.

Previously, Holley served as Head of Sustainability for Google Lendlease Development Ventures, where she led the most extensive urban regeneration project in the USA.

Before joining Lendlease, Holley led GCC sustainability projects spanning governmental, residential, sports, and commercial zones for over twelve years. Key projects include the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Dubai Expo Village, Al Junaid Stadium, and Qiddiya.
