George Tanasijevich is the CEO of King Salman Park Foundation, responsible for the development and operation of one of the world’s most ambitious urban regeneration projects. The 17 squared kilometer site in central Riyadh will include one of the world’s largest urban parks, residential properties, office buildings, retail and F&B outlets, entertainment facilities, a MICE facility, numerous museums, art and cultural attractions, and more. King Salman Park is one of the key giga projects of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Mr. Tanasijevich served in a variety of executive roles for Las Vegas Sands Corp (LVS) and its subsidiary companies in Asia over an 18-year period. Specifically, he served as Managing Director for Global Development for LVS for 11 years, evaluating and pursuing expansion opportunities in new markets in Asia, including Singapore, Japan, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.

He also served as President & CEO of Marina Bay Sands (MBS) in Singapore for 9 years, during which time MBS became widely regarded as the leading Integrated Resort in the world due to its financial performance and its impact on Singapore’s economy, tourism industry, labor market, and image as a business and leisure tourism destination.

Mr. Tanasijevich held other LVS executive positions including Vice President of Singapore
Development, when he led the preparation of LVS’s successful bid to develop an Integrated Resort at Marina Bay; and Director of Development for Sands China’s predecessor company in Macau, when he worked on early-stage development activities for LVS’s Cotai Strip multi-property masterplan. Other notable positions held include Senior Vice President Equity Markets at CapitaLand Limited, a government-linked international development company in Singapore; and Corporate Vice President
/ Senior Attorney at General Growth Properties, a shopping mall REIT in Chicago.

Mr. Tanasijevich’s advisory roles include:
• Member of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Global Advisory Board
• Member of the University of Michigan Provost Advisory Committee
• Board Member of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce from 2007 to 2017
• Board Member of the Singapore Hotel Association from 2011 to 2022
• Board Member of the US Japan Business Council from 2012 to 2020
