Dominique leads Final Upgrade, an AI-powered consultancy offering change management, training & AI solutions to companies to create lasting competitive edge. She has +20 years in global advisory, including at global firms like IPG, McCann & WPP.

She's certified from UPenn's AI Strategy and Governance and IBM's AI Program. She serves as a Non-Executive Director for Synthar, an AI avatar company, and invests in deep tech, AI, and blockchain ventures.

An early crypto advocate since 2013, Dominique advises deep tech startups and co-founded the Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Association of Singapore. Danish-American Dominique has lived & worked in France, Russia, Hong Kong, Thailand & Singapore.
