Damian Wild is managing director of ING - the leading communications agency for the built environment, working for developers, cities and architects worldwide. He joined from the UK's best-known real estate title, Estates Gazette, in 2022.

Damian has spent 30 years working in business information, as an award-winning journalist, editor and publisher in the UK and Hong Kong. As editor of EG for a decade, he led programmes to embed tech, D&I and ESG in the real estate sector.

A frequent speaker at real estate events in the UK and Europe, Damian is also a trustee of youth homelessness charity LandAid, chairs the Real Estate Data Foundation's steering group and is an ambassador for the British Society of Magazine Editors.
