“Ah, you’re the change guy!”

Something I hear often. Since graduating almost two decades ago, I’ve been busy in the change space. Taking on project and change roles at GE, Seimens, Shell, Ørsted, PwC and most recently Tesco.

Unaware until recently, I was somewhat of a trailblazer in the Change Management domain, obsessed with the human centric, psychological nature of change. Pushing myself ever since, to operate at the ‘bleeding edge’ of the change sphere.
