Saad bin Shuail

Saad worked in the National Guard with the US Corps of Engineers on military and civil projects. He worked as General Manager of the General Projects Department at TVTC and gained experience in designing and implementing many vital projects.

Saad Active in the engineering profession, good at forming team work, he has 30 years of experience in the fields of engineering and construction. He is a member of many organizations and a speaker at local, international conferences such as ICC and ACI.
