Abdulrahman bin Ahmed Aloraini

He is currently serving as Deputy Minister for Regulating City Operators at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, bringing a wealth of expertise in municipal and governmental regulations, as well as licensing, compliance, and revenue management.

He was an Assistant Deputy Minister for Licensing and Compliance and was the Director General of the Revenue Development Department within the ministry. He Holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's in business administration.

His career spans various positions in both the public and private sectors, including roles at the General Investment Authority, Saudi Telecom Company and the Communications and Information Technology Commission.
