Denis Hickey

As Chief Development Officer of THE LINE, Denis brings over 25 years of expertise driving premium real estate businesses through periods of growth and change. Denis oversees the construction and development of THE LINE, NEOM’s central project.

Denis joined NEOM after a successful tenure as Global COO and CEO Americas at Lendlease, where he led development with a $100bn+ pipeline. Before that, he was CEO Australasia at ING Real Estate and led Stockland’s Residential division.

He also played first-class cricket for Australia and Glamorgan, honing his teamwork skills that contribute to his leadership approach.
