Taghrid Alhowish

Taghrid Alhowish is a bilingual Saudi journalist and a main TV presenter at MBC. She hosts MBC in a Week, a weekly live program that discusses prominent news from the worlds of politics, social issues, art, and culture.

Taghrid studied in Canada, where she majored in Communication and Media Studies. Beyond her work in media, Taghrid is passionate about diving and holds certifications in both scuba and freediving.

She is a board member of the Saudi Water Sports and Diving Federation and has been recognized as a PADI AmbassaDiver, serving as an ambassador for the international Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI).
