Julie Kassap

Julie Gülsev Kassap is the Managing Director of the SIGA Women Programme, where she manages thought leadership initiatives to promote Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Sport.

At SIGA, she is responsible for managing the SIGA Women Global Mentorship Programme, supporting the development of female empowerment and leadership in Sport, while fostering meaningful connections with Mentors, Mentees, and Male Allies.

With over 20 years of experience in sports marketing and consulting, Julie has collaborated with global brands such as the NBA, Adidas, and FC Bayern Munich. She transitioned into strategic sports consulting, advising the Turkish Basketball.
