Bashar Kassab

Bashar Kassab is VP for Community Management in KAFD. He is responsible for KAFD’s master-planned community and infrastructure, including the cooling plants in the district, one of the largest plants in Saudi Arabia, and the city’s public realm.

During his years as the Senior Director of Facilities Management at Emaar Properties in Dubai, he led the facility management teams of Burj Khalifa, Emaar Malls, Emaar Entertainment, Dubai Opera, The Dubai Fountain, Emaar Hospitality and Emaar Communities, where he won several awards for the company including the Energy Project of the Year from the AEE, the Best Operations and Maintenance of an Existing Building from MENA GB Awards, and the Commitment to Sustainability from the MECHF.
