Musaed Alotaibi

Since joining the Ministry in 2020, he has held several strategic roles, including Deputy for Digital Transformation and Assistant Deputy Minister, before assuming the role of Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation in January 2023.

Previously, he served as General Manager of Technology and Digital Transformation at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, contributing to the “Yesser” e-Government Program as National Enterprise Applications Manager, and worked as a Strategic Transformation Management Office Advisor at the Ministry of Civil Service, bringing a comprehensive vision to advancing digital services in the municipal and housing sectors.
