Dr. Allahaim is interested in understanding the relations between AEC. focusing on costing. He works in the AEC industry in different disciplines. He developed an analytical model for adaptability in the AEC industry using Real Options Analysis.
Dr. Allahaim collaborated with many governments and the private sector, such as at KACST, MIT, NCSBC, Al Fozan Award &DASC.Dr. Allahaim organized, managed, and judged many design competitions at the professional levels (SPAGA, AM &Al Fozan Award).
Dr. Allahaim is the Vice chairman for the National Community for the Saudi Building Code and the vice chairman of the Saudi real estate Association. He is a member of many professional and scientific associations Umran, RICS and SCE.
