Soma Neralakere

Soma is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with over 30 years in ICT, venture capital, and digital transformation. As a senior official with Singapore’s IMDA, Singapore Government, he managed a S$150 million Technology Growth Fund and helped build Singapore’s startup ecosystem. He has led impactful G2G and B2B partnerships, including negotiating the India-Singapore CECA and establishing strategic ties across Asia. Known for his work in AI/ML, ESG innovation, and the world’s first Digital Water Bank, Soma is an MIT Sloan Fellow and influential educator, mentoring the next generation of leaders.
He is currently leading WAIPOINT's PropTech venture, revolutionizing real estate with digital twins and the PRESENCE platform.
