Tharun Kumar

Tharun is an expert in biomimicry. He pioneered a biomimicry-based net-zero sewage treatment technology, mirroring the digestive system of a cow. He founded ECOSTP and his moonshot mission is to reclaim every drop of wastewater, naturally.

Tharun was recently featured in a BBC documentary and they have already successfully reclaimed over 4 billion litres of sewage to good water with 250+ clients in India, Maldives and Bangladesh.

Tharun's contributions have earned him global recognition, including the 'Startup Entrepreneur of the Year' award from the Economic Times Leaders of Tomorrow, and he holds a patent in the field of bioengineering for sewage treatment.
