Monika Bik is a Planning Advisor to the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning at the Ministry in the Sultanate of Oman. With over 20 years in the masterplanning industry, Monika has a profound expertise in the strategic city planning.
Her leadership of the multidisciplinary teams of experts brought her to the new exciting task of the implementation of the Structure Plan for Greater Muscat, undertaken by the proactive team of planners at the Ministry.
Monika is a member of Oman Society of Engineers and an active public speaker. She executed several International Community Consultation programs and workshops aimed at introducing public participation in the design process.
