She was the Secretary of Digital Innovation and the Deputy Secretary of Smart City in Medellín, Colombia, where she guided the digital transformation of City Hall and promoted the city's development, positioning it as the smartest city in Colombia.
Founder of the first public innovation lab with a GovTech focus and Regulatory Design Center in Medellín, recognized as one of the GovTech leaders in Ibero-America, and also the co-founder of the Ibero-American Multisectoral GovTech Network.
