Design for An Emerging World...
Over the last few years the Cityscape Awards have developed into the world’s premier Architectural Awards for the emerging markets.
Within the main Award categories, over 300 different entries were received in 2009, from a wide range of emerging market countries.
This year, Cityscape Global will once again present the highly prestigious Cityscape Awards for Architecture in the Emerging Markets and befitting the world’s largest B2B real estate brand, the awards is again anticipated to attract the attention of leading international architects from the emerging world, as well as developers, consultants, governmental authorities, investors and senior industry professionals.
The Awards reward excellence in architecture and design from the emerging regions of the Gulf States, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia (excluding Japan, New Zealand and Australia) and seek to recognise Architects and their projects that have shown outstanding designs, performance, vision and achievement in key areas of architecture. Not only are these Awards a major opportunity for public and peer recognition but it also acts as an invaluable tool to promote architecture in the international community.
Winners will be recognised during an Awards Gala Dinner at the Grand Hyatt Dubai on the evening of October 5, 2010 and to decide which projects are worthy of winning the Awards and seals of distinction, a judging panel consisting of high profile international members of the industry have been appointed to view and deliberate each and every entry.
